Rooftop HVAC Screening Wall. The Work consists of the following: Project consists of all work associated with the installation of a new rooftop screen wall at the East Texas Regional Airport in Longview, Texas. Selective demolition of existing wall construction will be required. Miscellaneous steel will be used to attach the new screen wall. Some portions of existing EIFS will be repaired while others will be removed. New wall supported ladders will be installed. The project will include some electrical work to remove and then replace exterior lighting fixtures. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
