The construction package for the Baker Drive Water Plant consists of the following items: • Demolition of the existing water plant facility and equipment, including but not limited to an electrical building, elevated storage tank, aerator, chemical storage tank, booster pumps, well pump, electrical tower, and all associated piping as shown on the Contract Documents. • Rehabilitation of an existing water well and installation of a new 1,000 gpm pump and piping. • Construction of an open-air 1,000 gpm pump station. • Construction of a Pre-Engineered metal building and associated for electrical and treatment equipment including bulk chemical storage, chlorine scrubber, and natural gas generator. • Construction of a 0.5 MG ground storage tank. • Construction of all associated site work including but not limited to yard piping, concrete pavement, modifications to the existing fence, swales, a detention pond, and other site work as shown on the Contract Documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
