The selected firm or firms shall provide services of licensed architectural services on an “as needed” basis for projects designated by the College and shall perform all services by providing all supervision, manpower, materials, equipment and supplies necessary through written assignments. These services to be performed under this procurement will be at the sole discretion of HCC and on an “as needed” basis. The scope of the services to be performed by the Professional Architect selected includes providing design, estimating services, scope development, planning, interior design, technical studies, feasibility studies, problem analysis, design reviews, building evaluation reports, and other architectural and technical services related to the projects assigned and architectural services on an "as needed" basis.
