Memorial Height Redevelopment Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms or teams to provide planning and conceptual design services for Stude Park, located in the City of Houston, Texas. This project will be a task order based contract and provide Park and Public Space planning and conceptual design services to the MHRA for Stude Park, located in the City of Houston, Texas. Future task orders issued under this contract may or may not extend to the preparation of construction documents and related construction phase design services. Qualifications provided pursuant to this Request for Qualifications shall be specific to the planning and conceptual design services requested. Proposers should prepare one digital copy through CivCast will be received until 2:00 PM CT on November 12, 2024. Any submission received after 2:00 PM CT on the date specified will not be accepted.
