Replacement of WAS and RAS piping and associated equipment in the old plant. 6. Replacement of the existing blowers, headers, and associated equipment in the old plant. 7. Installation of new backup generator. 8. Replacement of existing chlorine scale and chlorine regulators within the lab/chlorine building. 9.
