The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) is seeking a design build contractor to address approximately 515,000 sf of concrete pavement selected for repair or replacement using Low Embodied Carbon (LEC) materials, to include LEC asphalt, concrete, and steel. The repairs consist of complete reconstruction, surface reconstruction, mill and 2” asphalt overlay, joint sealing, patching, and the select replacement of 8” – 13” thick reinforced concrete. Construction phasing will be required to allow for continued LPOE traffic flow and operation during construction. The project consists of twenty-two (22) sites within the Land Port of Entry (LPOE). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
