This purpose of this contract is to supply Dense Graded Hot Mix Asphalt and Asphaltic Concrete Patching Material to various locations within Hood, Erath & Somervell Counties. This contract includes an item for pickup. Materials shall be available for pickup within 75 miles of the TxDOT office located at 5721 SH 144, Granbury TX 76048-. Load material into TxDOT equipment at time of pickup. There will be a minimum of seven working days allowed to deliver material as of the date of the work order except for Expedited Work Orders (EWO). The actual number of days allowed for delivery of materials will be shown in the Contract and work order; however, anything less than seven working days in the Contract or work order (except for an EWO) is not allowed. Bonds required.
