This is a Routine Maintenance Non-Site-Specific Call Out Contract for tree & brush removal in addition to tree removal on US0096 and various locations in Jasper, Newton & Orange Counties, TX. The purpose of this project is to remove any dying trees, hazardous protruding limbs or brush within the State right of way that may affect the safety of the traveling public. This Contract will become effective upon issuance of a work order. Each work order will include the locations of trees to remove, limbs to remove, brush to remove, the number of working days, and the date time charges will begin. Furnish crews and equipment capable of maintaining work in a continuous manner for the completion of the work listed on the work order. Sufficient equipment and personnel to maintain the work schedule will always be maintained. This may require multiple crews. Each crew working under this Contract will have an English-speaking representative on site at all times Bonds required.
