This is a Routine Maintenance Non-Site-Specific Call Out Contract for tree & brush removal in addition to tree removal on US0069 and various locations in Jefferson, Tyler & Hardin Counties, TX. The purpose of this project is to remove any dying trees, hazardous protruding limbs or brush within the State right of way that may affect the safety of the traveling public. This Contract will become effective upon issuance of a work order. Each work order will include the locations of trees to remove, limbs to remove, brush to remove, the number of working days, and the date time charges will begin. This Contract includes non-site specific work. Multiple work orders will be used to procure work of the type identified in the Contract at locations that have not yet been determined. Bonds required.
