The City of Port Arthur is seeking qualified engineering firms capable of providing engineering services for drainage design, utility identification, and construction plans preparation for the West 19th Street Drainage Project. The City requires a Texas registered professional engineering firm to design drainage improvements within the West Side of Port Arthur to the area bounded by Terminal Road to the south, West 19th Street to the west, Gulfway drive, (SH87) including any drainage crossings under and along Gulfway Drive to the east, and KCS Railroad Track to the north. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
