The purpose of the project is to prepare a comprehensive plan to address significant safety, transportation, and mobility challenges posed by bridges located within Boerne. The City is a recipient of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Bridge Investment Program (BIP) planning grant and is issuing the RFQ for consultant support of this grant.
