The City of Lubbock, TX, is seeking competitive, sealed, proposals for North Point PID (Public Improvement District) West Walking Tract project. The Work, under this Contract, consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, services, and related items necessary for the construction and completions, start-up and placing in service the Project. The Projects involves the construction of a walking track, pedestrian lighting, and landscape improvements within the limits of Tracts GB2, GB-3, and GB-4, North Point. Project will be constructed under a single prime unit price contract.
