The Equipment Purchase Agreement includes the following: Contractor shall procure all equipment shown/stated in construction documents along with base/extended support for the installation of respective equipment by a third-party contractor. All warranties shall be as noted in construction documents and non-standard testing requirements are included in this base scope of work to support third party contractor installation. Any and all testing, support with distributors/vendors, change of ownership/liability signed transmittals, and warranty coordination are included in this contractor scope of work.
