The work includes construction of one (1) gravel packed water well within the Evangeline Aquifer, one (1) 20,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank including foundationone (1) diesel generator with sound attenuated enclosure and ATS, fuel tank, and foundation; one (1) electrical motor control center and equipment housed under a steel canopy; SCADA integration system utilizing radio or cellular communication, disinfection equipment with chemical injection lines; plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including service; protective coatings; concrete on-site roadways, fencing, drainage swales, and site detention, grading, and drainage; hydro-mulch seeding; temporary fencing; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant and water well. A stabilized all-weather access drive is not included in this project but will be needed to construct the well. It is assumed that access to the site will be provided by others by separate authorization. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
