This project involves the construction of tertiary filter improvements at Wastewater Treatment Facility No. 2 (WWTF No. 2) to replace two of the existing tertiary sand filters with two new cloth media filters. WWTF No. 2 is located at 5402 Research Forest Drive in the Woodlands, Texas 77381. Two AquaDiamond filters with the same dimensions as the existing filters will be installed along with surface spray bar and swivel pipe, and framed opening in the UV building. Construction sequencing will be evaluated with the contractor. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
