PLW Waterworks is requesting proposals from interested suppliers and subcontractors to perform specified scopes of supply on the construction of the Dr. Paul Phillips Water Purification Plant (DPPWPP) Expansion Project, a brownfield expansion from 14.0 MGD to 18.0 MGD average daily flow (ADF) water purification plant with provisions for a future expansion to 22 MGD for the CITY OF WEATHERFORD. The project will be designed and constructed in three phases – Phases II, III, and IV – and consists of new facilities including Process Building, Rapid Mix Vault, Backwash Holding Tank, Recycle Pump Station, GAC Contactors, Clearwell, High Service Pump Station, as well as upgrades and improvements to Retaining Wall, chemical systems, yard and plant piping, site civil elements, and the electrical distribution and controls system. Nearly every trade in the waterworks industry will be required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
