All work by the successful respondent must be performed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, except on regularly observed state or federal holidays. Provide a telephone number monitored 24 hours per day, seven days per week to contact for HVAC maintenance and repair services. NIGP Class-Item: 914-50. Tentative Date for Contract Award: February 3, 2025. TxDOT has determined that subcontracting opportunities are probable in connection with this solicitation. HSP is required.
