This Project is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) construction contract to perform rehabilitation/ replacement of sidewalk infrastructure in the City of Portland (Citywide). The work will be issued in individual work orders called “Delivery Orders” that provide specific scope and requirements, in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. The scope of work includes but is not limited to rehabilitation and/or replacement of sidewalks, as required SWPPP measures, resultant pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveway repairs, ADA ramp replacement and temporary traffic control measures. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
