This bid is to purchase a completely off-site hosted enterprise-level Next Gen 9-1-1 system that will function as the City of Aransas Pass's emergency services telephone communication system. The system must be able to function independently from any of the City’s technology infrastructure and must focus on mobility and flexibility. The vendor will complete the installation, configuration, and continued system support. The vendor must meet the requirements below and list any additional features their proposed system offers. Documentation outlining the offered Service-Level Agreement must be included with the proposal. The purpose of this project is not only to update our current system but also to provide the mobility and flexibility needed to operate in any environment in the event of a disaster or critical event.
