The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler solicits statements of qualifications for selection of firms for Architectural and Engineering services. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is the first step in a twostep process for selecting an Architect/Engineer firm. In the final step of the process, Interviews, the “most” qualified respondents in each category may be requested to attend an interview with the Owner. Projects may include, but are not limited to, remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects. Typical projects may include, but are not limited to, healthcare renovations, classroom renovations, laboratory renovations, office renovations, ADA/TAS compliance, building expansion, renovation, or finish out, campus site improvements, sidewalks, retaining walls, parking lots, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, irrigation modifications, utility plant improvements, infrastructure and other miscellaneous projects.
