The Contractor shall furnish all labor, articles, parts, and supplies, etc. necessary to perform the required services for bi-annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) service, and emergency repair for Soft Starters with all associated assemblies and appendages. This shall include, but not be limited to, personal protective devices (such as gloves, goggles, safety shoes, etc.), and other miscellaneous equipment, tools, vehicles, ladders, etc. The City shall not provide any equipment necessary to complete the job. Contractor(s) shall be responsible for the removal, cleaning, transporting, repairs, testing, and re-installation of soft starters. • Calibration of all Soft Starters • Alignment with all associated motors to their perspective device or pump • Provide parts and services in accordance with original manufacturer's specifications. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
