The Vendor will provide a range of noise consultant services to include but not limited to bi-annual Day-Night Average Sound level (DNL) Reports, Departure Procedure Feasibility, Noise Abatement Departure Procedures (NADP) evaluation study, noise barrier effectiveness, establish a City of Dallas resource for sound insulation information (SI), Residential Sound Insulation Program (RSIP) eligibility, and an on-call task. Vendor must be knowledgeable of Noise Programs, noise terminology and noise reporting.
