The project scope includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: Complete replacement of the exterior coating system including the abrasive blasting and containment system. Complete replacement of the wet interior coating including the surface preparation blasting, including removal of sediment from washing operations. Exterior Pipe preparation and coating (Overflow flap valve, & Overflow Pipe). Interior pipe preparation and coat (Overflow Pipe & Overflow Weir). Repair, Blast & recoat Vent & Vent Support. Replace Compression Ring, if needed. Remove & replace Bolts and gasket at floor manhole. Install confined space signage (Total 4). Install lock on Hatch (Total 2). Install Gasket on Hatch. Remove and replace fall protection system at dry access tube ladder and recoat ladder. Remove and replace fall protection system at water/interior access ladder and recoat ladder. Remove and replace fall protection system at floor manhole access ladder and recoat ladder. Relocate Conduit @ water access Hatch, Dry Access Tube Hatch, & Pedestal Ladder. Install rest platform for the pedestal ladder. Pressure washing tank pedestal. Demolish & Install Butterfly Valve. Reinforced Concrete Driveway. Reinforced Concrete Drainage Flume. Install Sidewalk. Drainage improvements @ Existing Flume. Remove and replace existing 8' fence on East Side. Remove / Clean vegetation on south side. Furnish and install a 20-ft wide sliding gate. Electrical work including maintaining the operation of all equipment for the duration of the project, including installing electrical component (Wire, conduit, and ductbank). Instrumentation work including maintaining the SCADA operation for the duration of the project. Install Generator set and ATS. Hydro-Mulch Seeding (Disturbed Area). Videotape the construction. Prepare, Install and remove SWPPP. Disinfection and Bac-T sampling of the tank. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
