The City of Mansfield, Texas (Owner) will accept sealed bids for KATHERINE ROSE PARK PHASE 1B Improvements – sitework, concrete, restroom/comfort station construction, pavilions Installation, Playground equipment installation coordination and safety surface installation. Equipment supplied by owner and installed by manufacture's representative. Equipment schedule for delivery in late summer of 2025. Site and restroom/comfort station to be ready prior to equipment arrival. This project is a Lump sum bid based upon the total of the unit pricing and will be awarded as such. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
