The City of Mansfield (the “City”) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified consulting firms for professional services to assist the City in the self-evaluation of City facilities, parks, parking lots, public rights-of-way, services, programs and activities, as well as to develop an ADA Transition Plan that complies with the American Disabilities Act (ADA), and a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. By responding to this request, the offeror agrees to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this document in the event that the response is selected for contract award.
