Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements: approximately 24,372 SY of 6” and 885 SY of 7” 3,600 psi concrete pavement on approximately 26,747 SY of 6” lime stabilized subgrade, and the Utility Improvements: approximately 7,628 LF of 12” and 8” water, 7,820 LF of 8” sanitary sewer, and 4,286 LF of 4’ x 3’ RCB through 18” RCP storm sewer as per NCTCOG and Owner’s Geotechnical Engineer’s specifications to serve 123 lots on approximately 37 acres. All bid form sections must be completed for bids to be accepted. Incomplete bids will be disqualified. The project is located West of I-35 and south of Robson Ranch Road, in the Town of Northlake, Denton County, Texas. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
