It is the intent of this Project to obtain bids rom qualified vendors to provide street maintenance material to include the City of Abilene, TX and Dyess AFB (7th Contracting Squadron, 7th Engineer Squadron). Asphalt products will be purchased on an "as needed basis." Materials include but are not limited to, such items as Class A Portland Cement, Class P Concrete, Flowable Fill Concrete, Cushion / Blow Sand, Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, Asphalts, Oils & Emulsions, Limestone Rock Asphalt Pavement (Class A) and Aggregates for Surface Treatments.
