This scope of work is intended to outline the general services required to perform the Services. Contractor must provide professional short-term event rental services to the University on an “as needed” basis to support the University’s event schedule at various locations. The schedule will include programs that are held indoors and outdoors in both conventional and non-conventional spaces. Pipe & drape systems. Associated Accessories and Hardware. Information booths. Tables (banquet, circle and high-top cocktail tables). Table linens and skirting. Chairs. Trash Can. Signage (banners, posters, directional signage). Electrical Package. Audio & Visual, Entertainment Equipment (projector screens, television, microphones, PA systems, speakers and amplifiers, etc.). Lighting Packages (string, decorative, spotlights, and stage). Pop-up Tents, Tent Structures, and Canopies (related accessories and hardware). Tailgating tents and related services. Platforms, Staging, and ramps. Podiums, lecterns, and risers. Display equipment (stands, easels, kiosks, etc.). Power supplies (generators and extension cords). Furniture rentals (cocktail tables, bar stools, benches, and lounge seating)Information booths. Fencing. Rope & stanchions. Artificial turf or carpet, dance floors. Theme-related decorations, lights, and inflatables for specific events. Centerpieces and arrangements. Fans, portable space heaters, AC, and generators for outdoor events. Photo and Video booths with props and backdrops. Related safety equipment; fire extinguishers or other safety equipment. Coolers.
