This water pipeline is necessary to eliminate the distribution constraint that exists between the Handcox Water Treatment Plant and Martin Hill Reservoir. This project is located within the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone, therefore, karst monitoring, reporting, and mitigation requirements are included in the Contract Documents. Bonds required.
