Scope of work: Bids Due:11/22/2024 1. Concrete fishing pier in its entirety has been awarded. (Drive concrete pile, CIP caps, CIP diaphragms, CIP notch's, CIP bollards, CIP Decking, Install expansion joints covers, install timber decking and rail) 2. Dunes and site have been damaged by Hurrican Beryl. GLO/County/Fema working on restoring site to pre-hurricane conditions. 3. Installation of Waterline and sewerline on Concrete pier to be included in this contract. Precast inserts can be installed in the Concrete beams prior to casting. Concrete beams have not been cast yet. 4. Property to the East of the site will be used a laydown yard 5. Starting time for this portion of will be varying for all diciplines. 6. Metal building to be installed on the Concrete pier decking. Anchor bolts will need to be installed prior to pouring the concrete decking. 7. Sign footing and condensor pad design will be provided by owner, plans state to be designed by contractor. 8. Bollards to be embedded 5' in ground 9. 2" waterline extended to the vendor pad site. 1-1/2" service to lawn is to be terminate at spigot. 10. Electronic documents from engineer available upon award 11. Attenuator at western side of Hwy 87 to be relocated by others 12. Sewer force main to be installed by Udine onto site 13. Ideally to award all items to one contractor but can break into diciplines if required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
