Travis County solicits bids for a Residential Roofing Services Contract for inspection, installation, replacement, repair, servicing and a retrofit program, which will provide specific roofing services serving Travis County eligible residential housing units for the Home Repair and Weatherization Programs. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, parts, materials and transportation for repairing, replacing, installing, inspecting and retrofitting roofs as outlined in this specification. The County's Housing Services Department may furnish some materials, depending on the situation. Contractor will be required to perform services at various locations located throughout Travis County. The names and locations of each site will be listed on each purchase order issued. Please fill out a price for each of the 32 line items. Failure to fill out each line will result in a rejected bid.
