The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) anticipates beginning the process to solicit proposals from entities interested in providing the Mobility Authority with services related to the development of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) and Construction Support Services for six Travis County projects. The County has enlisted the services of the Mobility Authority to expedite the delivery of these projects as part of the County’s Capital Improvement Program, for which PS&E services are being solicited. Consulting and professional services solicited by this RFQ include production of PS&E Plans for the construction of the Projects in Travis County.
