The scope of work includes removing the existing metal fascia, gutters, and downspouts (sealant has asbestos, refer to specification for removal procedures). Install new polyisocyanurate insulation (mechanically fastened), self-adhering vapor retarder, polyisocyanurate tapered insulation (1/8" / 1'-0") fully adhered as indicated, 1/2" high density cover board (fully adhered), and new 60 mil. Fleece backed (fully adhered), class "A" fire rated. FM-I90 single-ply roofing system, install all new metal fascia, gutters and downspouts with Galvalume finish. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Total cost contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. NIGP Class-Item: 909-61. A HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is not required for this solicitation unless a Respondent will use subcontractors.
