Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of Waller County MUD No. 20 Water Plant No. 1. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows: One (1) bolted steel ground storage tank with foundation; Two (2) hydropneumatic tanks including foundations; Three (3) horizontal split case booster pumps with foundations; One pre-engineered canopy; Two (2) fiberglass reinforced plastic chemical feed buildings with foundation; Disinfection equipment with chemical injection lines; Installation of pre-purchased diesel generator with sound attenuated enclosure and ATS, 48-hour subbase fuel tank, and foundation; Plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including service; protective coatings; concrete pavement, driveway and sidewalks; brick fence and gate; grading, and drainage, drainage swales; hydro-mulch seeding; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
