Midwestern State University seeks responses seeks proposals from qualified vendors for McCullough-Trigg and Killingsworth Flooring Project. The following flooring shall be installed in (a) Killingsworth Hall and (b) McCullough-Trigg Hall: a. Killingsworth Hall: i. Carpet (~12,048 GSF) a) All corridors on all six floors, including the main lobby on the first floor, and the chapel and private study rooms on the sixth floor. These areas are identified with red outlines in the attached sketches. ii. Resilient LVT (~5,037 GSF) a) Reference PDF pages of floors 2-6 of Killingsworth for the LVT locations in floor lounges and group study rooms shown in yellow fill. Each floor has a slightly different lounge/study configuration due to adjacent mech rooms, maint shop, roof access, etc. b. McCullough-Trigg Hall: i. Carpet (~5,667 GSF) a) All corridors as outlined in red in the M-T PDF document. Note page 2 of this document defines the carpeting needs on floors 2 through 6, not just the second floor. c. Installation includes demo of existing flooring in these same areas. d. Provide additional 2% of full carpet tile overage for MSU to use as attic stock. e. Provide additional 2% of full resilient LVT coverage for MSU to use as attic stock. Midwestern State University has determined that there are subcontracting opportunities. Since the agency has determined that there are subcontracting opportunities, the respondent must include a HSP even if the respondent intends to self-perform. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
