The City of Cedar Park is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering and architectural consultants for design, environmental permitting and construction phase services, related to the remodeling and expansion of the Veterans Memorial Pool at Veterans Memorial Park. Veterans Memorial Park is located at 2625 W. New Hope Drive, Cedar Park TX 78613. This 47.60-acre park has amenities such as an 8500 square foot aquatic facility, dog park with pond, veteran’s memorial, amphitheater, group pavilion, community garden, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts and other practice fields. We are also looking for design services for the renovation of Elizabeth Milburn Pool at Elizabeth Milburn Park. Elizabeth Milburn Park is located at 1901 Sun Chase Boulevard, Cedar Park TX, 78613. This 42.4-acre park has a 4500 square foot aquatics facility, community garden, basketball court, sand volleyball courts, BMX track, and other park amenities. Interested firms shall submit a statement of qualifications, which includes firm and staff qualifications and experience working on projects of a similar scope and size as well as the firm’s project approach.
