County intends to have the following services completed: Complete design and development of interpretive exhibits. Specifically, the selected contractor will be required to: • meet with the project team to discuss project parameters, budget and goals, • create an Exhibit Concept Plan, • research artifacts and interpretive data, including that provided by Williamson County representatives, • prioritize exhibit topics and content through regular meetings with park staff, to include volunteer support group(s) as necessary, • design, planning, and development of exhibits and interpretive presentations • coordinate and direct installation of all exhibits.
