This will include a change from an air-cooled chiller to a water-cooled chiller, a new enclosure/structure for the new chiller, add heat exchanger, upgrade the building controls, and remove and replace water boilers and pumps, etc. This project construction will need to be phased: Cooling components upgraded and replaced during winter months and the heating components upgraded during the summer months.
