The Amherst County will accept sealed bids for reroofing the existing ballasted EPDM roof systems at the Amherst County Courthouse and the Amherst County Sheriff’s Department Loading Dock. The Scope of Work includes the replacement of approximately 77 squares of ballasted EPDM roof. The Courthouse roofs account for 75 squares, with the remaining 2 squares being at the Sheriff’s Department loading dock. The ballast will be removed and turned over to the County. New rigid polyiso insulation and new fully adhered EPDM roofs will be installed at both buildings.
