The solicitation is to establish a five (5) year contract(s) with one or more qualified Contractors to provide base, intermediate, surface, and sand mix asphalt (hereinafter referred to as Hot Mix Asphalt) per terms and conditions herein. The contract shall provide the following types of hot mix asphalt: A. Base Mix (BM) 25.0 Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP), both Type A and D; B. Intermediate Mix (IM) 19.0 Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP), both Type A and D; C. Surface Mix (SM) 9.5 Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP), both Type A and D; D. Sand Mix Asphalt.
