The Virginia Department of Transportation, herein referred to as “VDOT”, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified Virginia Licensed Class A Contractors with a Highway Heavy specialty to provide on-call, as needed hourly rental of equipment with operators and skilled laborers to perform general maintenance operations, incidental construction and critical/urgent repair work and Incident Management, related Traffic Control Services, Critical Roadway Debris Removal and Queue Management or Patrol on the routes in Carroll County (included in bid documents) during the contract period in accordance with the specifications contained herein. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
