The HR Department will be relocating to the 4th floor of the City Hall Annex from their current location. To complete their suite of offices, we will demo walls to open up the hallway between the back and forward offices. Metal stud walls with insulation will be built to renovate. All ceiling tiles will be replaced, as will HVAC returns and some supplies. New LED lighting will be installed. Carpet Tiles will be needed for some repair. Some new doors and doorways will be necessary. New drywall will require paint as well as some touch up and repaired areas. Electric will include some new outlets and added conduit.
