The clubhouse at Meadowcreek Golf Course is seeking a contractor to perform some interior renovations which primarily include replacing existing carpet/flooring, bathroom partitions, fixtures, lighting and painting throughout. The scope of services generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: A. Demolition as noted on the Related Documents; B. Removal of existing fixtures as noted on the Related Documents; C. Cutting and Patching as noted in the Related Documents; D. Repair of masonry walls affected by demolition related to the work as noted in the Related Documents; E. Removal of existing flooring and installation of new flooring as noted on the Related Documents; F. Installation of new finishes as noted in the Related Documents; G. Installation of finished plumbing connections and components as noted in the Related Documents; H. Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, I. Thorough cleaning the project site. Bonds required.
