Sealed bids will be received by Chesterfield County for Irongate Drive Sidewalk - Phase E (Gatebridge Road to Beulah Road). Scope of Work: Construction of a five-foot sidewalk along the west side of Irongate Drive between the intersection of Gatebridge Road and Briaroak Road, a crosswalk at Briaroak Road and a 5’–6’ sidewalk along the east side of Irongate Drive between Briaroak Road and Beulah Road. The proposed improvements consist of approximately 1,400 feet of sidewalk and curb and gutter and a retaining wall, along with associated drainage and grading, demolition, signage, pavement marking and erosion & sediment control work.
