Culpeper County seeks a qualified and experienced firm to establish a source of Routine and Emergency Repair and Maintenance of Water and Sewer Infrastructure to perform such duties as may be required by the Culpeper County Department of Environmental Services and general excavating services for small projects, repairs and upgrades to water and sewer infrastructure as may be required by the County. Primary work includes, but not limited to, maintaining and repairing water and sewer mains and associated infrastructure on a planned and emergency response basis. The Offeror shall provide a single source of responsibility for maintaining and repairing water and sewer infrastructure including but not limited to water line breaks, valve replacements, manhole repairs or replacements, sewer line cleaning and repair, video inspection services, hydro excavation services, fire hydrant replacement, and associated traffic control within VDOT Right of Way.
