The City of Danville seeks to secure a Virginia-licensed contractor for the asbestos abatement and demolition of the attached properties according to the specifications included in this Invitation For Bid. Bids may be made for each individual structure or all structures as a group. Awards may be made to the lowest responsible bidder for each structure, or to one bidder according to the lowest responsible grand total bid for all structures. Awards may also be determined by the contractor that completes the work in the least amount of days, regardless of costs. The award will be made to the proposal conforming to the IFB that will be most advantageous to the City. Bonds required.
