It is the intent of this “RFP” is to secure a qualified and professional contractor to remove existing primary clarifier and ancillary equipment and install replacement equipment. Currently, some of the equipment has been removed from clarifier #2. Some of the remaining shafts can be reused after they have been cleaned and coated to prevent additional corrosion to them.
