The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a term contract for a qualified contractor for to furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to collect and dispose of acceptable bulk municipal solid waste (MSW). The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, insurance, bonds, permits, equipment, and supervision to collect and dispose of acceptable bulk MSW and overflow MSW that is not in approved containers. Collection would occur curbside at designated residential locations, approximately 5,208 single-family and townhouse locations. The collection would occur during designated Town Spring and Fall Clean Up events, each event is a 3-day period for a total of 6 days per year. Amounts per stop vary as not all customers participate in the events. Bonds required.
