The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide HVAC, Gas Fitting, and Mechanical Services on an on-call, as needed basis, to facilities owned or operated by VDOT within the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William. The Contractor shall possess a Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) Virginia Class “A” Contractor license specializing in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVA). Solicitation will result in a Time and Materials type contract. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
