The City is soliciting bids from qualified Bidders to furnish personnel, materials, and equipment in the performance of snow and ice removal operations and associated treatments of sidewalks, overpasses, and commuter trails, at all City-owned facilities in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stipulated herein. This project is concerned with maintaining useable pedestrian connectors by promptly and reliably removing snow and ice buildup from walkway surfaces and treating the surfaces to inhibit rapid buildup of snow/ice following removal. It is expected that the City will enter a Contract for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity of services (IDIQ). The City does not guarantee a minimum number of hours under this contract.
